Refund policy
At DVYNDRIP, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention in limited quantities. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect for which we require an unboxing video.
Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only)
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once reviewed and approved by our team, you’ll receive a store credit / refund equivalent to the purchase amount — valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please Note:
1. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging with all tags and souvenirs intact
2. All returns undergo a mandatory quality check before store credit / refund is issued
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
Examples include:
1. Damaged stitching or finishing
2. Printing errors
3. Incorrect item sent
Minor variations in print, wash, or finish are part of the handcrafted process and do not qualify as defects.
No Exchange or Size Returns
As of now, we do not offer size exchanges or returns for fit issues.
